David leads customer relations at Aetheris, which in practice means he is often the one who answers the phone. When Aetheris was founded, the goal was to give clinics and labs across Texas one reliable point of contact instead of a rotation of vendor call centers. David is where that promise gets kept. He works directly with new accounts on onboarding, pricing and delivery scheduling, and stays involved with long-standing customers as their ordering needs change.
